Terms & Conditions
[Must-read, it may differ in any other sales]

• Please proceed to fill in this FORM to order [via Air Shipment] but please spare a bit of time to read the T&C below. Once the form is submitted do wait for an email confirmation before transferring deposits.
• No order shall be submitted to teh respective outlet if you fail to pay the deposit + filling in the order form BEFORE the sale period ends. Should you face any difficulties filling in the form, please contact our personnel.
• Prices stays and pre-orders open for as long as the item and Sale is available at the respective outlet.
• All sales are final once deposit is made. Nothing is exchangeable once order has been placed. so make a wise decision before confirming. 
• Deposits, booking fees & payment made are non-refundable. We do not tolerate backout buyers UNLESS it's a matter of life & death. Your item will be set on *lelong* if they're un-claimed.
• Estimated Time of Arrival to Malaysia is Early March 2013. However we CAN'T guarantee an EXACT date because shipments from the outlets to our rep and by USPS from USA to Malaysia is beyond our control. If u can't wait this long, please do not place an order; do buy our Ready Stocks instead.
• Please make careful decisions before you make a purchase. Get to know the items first, especially the typed of material it has. The colors, the usability, the Size. Consider all these before purchasing! We're not responsible for your these once you've made the purchases. Especially on bright-colored Patent Leathers! You've been warned!
• Your item will be set on *lelong* if they're un-claimed. Deposits won't be refund.
• Balance of the payment must be made once items docks in Port Klang/Butterworth. We will contact you to update the status of shipment. By then, u should be ready to pay the balance within 10 days, no longer. Should you take longer time to pay the balance, administrative charges of RM2 per day will be charged on you and payable BEFORE delivery
• ALL ITEMS ARE CROSS CHECKED double times once before delivery to Malaysia, another time before delivery to customers. There is no such thing as manufacturing defect once items is delivered from US to the the CUSTOMERS. If there are defects, we will return and exchange it BEFORE the items reaches Malaysia. 
• It is our responsibility to properly wrap the packaging before postage/delivery. 
• Goods delivered are NOT returnable/refundable/exchangeable.
• NO FULL REFUND for items purchased returned for ANY REASONS. By right there's no refund & returns allowed, but in unique cases, we shall not refund you in full. Poslaju charges, Kastam/Custom charges & administrative fees will NOT be refund. We repeat, goods sold are not returnable or refundable.
• Delivery charges are as per stated in pictures of each item. In the event of BULK ORDERS [5 units above], Kangaroo Courier Service will be used and minimal additional fee will be charged accordingly.
