Fossil Boutique Winter Sale Pre-order via Sea Cargo Batch #1 2013 Shipment

FOSSIL WINTER SALE!
Be reminded: This is NOT a Factory Outlet deal. This is the REAL DEAL.
We're gonna take your order ONLY IF you agree to these:

  • Goods are going to be shipped via SEA CARGO SHIPPING ONLY.
  • ETA [Estimated Time of Arrival] is End of March 2013.
  • Please proceed to fill in this FORM only if you have confirmed on ordering.
  • No order shall be submitted to FOSSIL if you fail to pay the deposit + filling in the order form BEFORE the sale period ends [11pm, 7th Dec 2012]. 
  • Should you face any difficulties filling in the form, please contact our personnel.
  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Backouts & non claimers alert, no deposit return. Your item will be set on *lelong* if they're un-claimed 15 days after arrival of goods.
  • Balance of the payment must be made before delivery. We will snap pictures once items are already in our hands and tag/email/pm them to you. You can also keep yourself updated by viewing our Shipment & Arrival album. By then, u should be ready to pay the balance within 10 days, no longer. Should you take longer time to pay the balance, administrative charges of RM2 per day will be charged on you and payable BEFORE delivery.
  • Please notify our email z.shoppe@emassutera.com.my everytime payment is made to enable us to track your payment. If you do not do so, we might not be able to track it cus we're getting many transactions in a day.
  • Boxes are discarded to save shipping cost or else the prices would be higher. Dust bags are included for Bags, small items do not usually come with dust bags from the boutique.
  • Full refund will only be given if items goes out of stock upon us ordering. You may replace-order other items if timing is suitable.
  • Goods sent are NOT returnable/refundable/exchangeable..
  • ALL ITEMS ARE CROSS CHECKED double times once before delivery to Malaysia, another time before delivery to customers. There is no such thing as manufacturing defect once items is delivered from US to the the CUSTOMERS. If there are defects, we will return and exchange it BEFORE the items reaches you. 
  • It is our responsibility to properly wrap the packaging before postage/delivery.
  • NO FULL REFUND for items returned for ANY REASONS. By right there's no refund & returns allowed, but if you still insist on returning, we shall not refund you in full. Poslaju charges, Kastam/Custom charges & administrative fees will NOT be refund.
  • Balance of the payment must be made once items docks in Port Klang/Butterworth. We will contact you to update the status of shipment. By then, u should be ready to pay the balance within 10 days, no longer. Should you take longer time to pay the balance, administrative charges of RM2 per day will be charged on you and payable BEFORE delivery.
  • It is BEYOND our responsibility if somehow damages happen to the item while in the mail/shipment. Actual pictures will be taken and forwarded to you before the items are delivered.
  • For self pickups, items will be sold at the same price but we will give you a FREE complimentary Designer's Paperbag.
