Assalamualaikum @ Hello Dear Customers,

Z~Khayra team will not be available beginning 9pm 24th Dec [Monday night] till 28th Dec at noon [Friday] cus we're on a Holiday~ All emails, PM, Order Form submission etc. will only be entertained AFTER that. All deliveries shall stop beginning tomorrow and swill resume on the 2nd of January 2013. All items which are pending for balance payment after tonight will NOT be delivered until then.

Dear valued customers, Z~Khayra also has a service which we can advertise your Pre-Loved or Used BRANDED items. How?

email to z.shoppe@emassutera.com.my pictures of various angles of the item[s]. Tips for angles: The whole item from bird's eye view, angled side view, detailed hardware view, inside view, care card if still exists.
If there is a *problem* with the item for eg. a scratch etc, please let us know. Failure to inform us the truth may lead to blacklisting. Let's protect both our and your name, shall we? :)
The item can also be a new item.
Put "Please help me advertise my [FULL NAME OF THE ITEM AND STYLE NUMBER]" as title of the email.
Let us know in the email what is your price range and age of the item esp approximately how many times has the item been used.
Give us your FULL NAME, ADDRESS & TEL NUMBER in the same email.
All items will be advertised on FB only, not in our blog for easy maintenance.
Payment is to be made to Z~Khayra first then we will pay to the owner the agreed amount.
Owner is responsible to wrap the item properly and Poslaju the item DIRECT to the buyer once buyer has made FULL payment.
If there's any complain from the buyer regarding the delivery/item, Owner is 100% responsible on the transaction. If the complain is legit, owner will be blacklisted and the list is published. This way we protect the buyer from fraud.

General Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions is spelled out for everyone's benefit not Z~Khayra alone. For the betterment of both parties; Z~Khayra & Customers, these are spelled out.
For detailed T&C, please check EACH POSTS. These are our General T&C.
Order forms should be filled ONLY IF you're purchasing and has made up your mind. No changes allowed beyond submitting. All sales are final once the form is submitted & deposit is made. Nothing is exchangeable once order has been placed. So make a wise decision and choose the right item BEFORE confirming.

The Estimated Time of Arrival [ETA] is just estimation. Any Shipping deals are unpredictable. Weather & Sea conditions, shipping schedules and route may change from time to time. However we'll keep you updated from time to time. DO EXPECT DELAYS.
Deposits, booking fees & payment made are non-refundable. We do not tolerate back-out buyers unless it's a matter of life & death.
Should a warranty be provided, it is based in the USA@UK. Should you wanna claim your warranty, you must agree to bare all shipping and return costs, to and fro. However certain products have International Warranty, you can bring them to their respective Regional HQ.
Full refund will only be given if items go out of stock upon us ordering. You may replace-order other items if timing is suitable.
Goods sent are NOT returnable/refundable/exchangeable.
Please make careful decisions before you make a purchase. Get to know the items first, especially the typed of material it has. The colors, The usability. The Size. Consider all these before purchasing! We're not responsible for your these once you've made the purchases.
ALL ITEMS ARE CROSS CHECKED double times once before delivery to Malaysia, another time before delivery to customers. There is no such thing as manufacturing defect once items is delivered from US to the the CUSTOMERS. If there are defects, we will return and exchange it BEFORE the items reaches you.
It is our responsibility to properly wrap the packaging before postage/delivery.
NO FULL REFUND for items returned for ANY REASONS. By right there's no refund & returns allowed, but if you still insist on returning, we shall not refund you in full. Poslaju charges, Kastam/Custom charges & administrative fees will NOT be refund.
Balance of the payment must be made once items docks in Port Klang/Butterworth. We will contact you to update the status of shipment. By then, u should be ready to pay the balance within 10 days, no longer. Should you take longer time to pay the balance, administrative charges of RM2 per day will be charged on you and payable BEFORE delivery.
It is BEYOND our responsibility if somehow damages happen to the item while in the mail/shipment. Actual pictures will be taken and forwarded to you before the items are delivered.
It is our responsibility to properly wrap the packaging before postage/delivery.
BRIGHT COLORS & PATENT LEATHER GOODS - Order at your own risk. We dont take responsibility etc during shipment damage etc.
