Terms & Conditions and Order Details [MUST READ!]

• To order fill in this form.
• Please take note that some designs with different colors & sizes has different prices. Some are highly priced by our supplier due to high demand in the market.
• Order forms should be filled ONLY IF you're purchasing and has made up your mind. No changes allowed beyond submitting. All sales are final once the form is submitted & deposit is made. Nothing is exchangeable once order has been placed. So make a wise decision and choose the right item BEFORE confirming.
• Deposits must be paid before 10th January 2013. Please contact us for amount of deposit required because the amount differs from product to product.
• The Estimated Time of Arrival [ETA] is End of March 2013. This is just an estimation. Cargo Shipping deals are a little bit unpredictable. Weather & Sea conditions, shipping schedules and route may change from time to time. However we'll keep you updated from time to time.
• Deposits, booking fees & payment made are non-refundable. We do not tolerate back-out buyers unless it's a matter of life & death.
• Please notify ALL payments to z.shoppe@emassutera.com.my everytime it is made.
• Full refund will be given if items goes out of stock upon us ordering. You may replace-order other items if timing is suitable.

• Goods sent are NOT returnable/refundable/exchangeable..
• ALL ITEMS ARE CROSS CHECKED double times once before delivery to Malaysia, another time before delivery to customers. There is no such thing as manufacturing defect once items is delivered from US to the the CUSTOMERS. If there are defects, we will return and exchange it BEFORE the items reaches you. 
• It is our responsibility to properly wrap the packaging before postage/delivery.
• NO FULL REFUND for items returned for ANY REASONS. By right there's no refund & returns allowed, but if you still insist on returning, we shall not refund you in full. Poslaju charges, Kastam/Custom charges & administrative fees will NOT be refund.
• Balance of the payment must be made once items docks in Port Klang/Butterworth. We will contact you to update the status of shipment. By then, u should be ready to pay the balance within 10 days, no longer. Should you take longer time to pay the balance, administrative charges of RM2 per day will be charged on you and payable BEFORE delivery.
• It is BEYOND our responsibility if somehow damages happen to the item while in the mail/shipment. Actual pictures will be taken and forwarded to you before the items are delivered.
• For bulk orders, we may use Kangaroo Courier Service and additional charges may apply. Self Pick-up areas are available for bulk orders.
