Some notes for those yang belum berapa faham how does our Overseas Cargo@Contena Shipping deal works...
1. Once there's a confirmed Contena coming home to Malaysia, we'll announce it and begin opening orders, with an ordering period.
2. You shop, browse and choose hundreds and thousands of items we can bring in to Malaysia, anything LEGAL. You can either view all the active USA@UK Cargo Albums we have uploaded/going to upload or if you can’t find anything you like, there’s a list of websites below you can browse thru and get the quotation from us, that is if the TIME is still ok, if the deal is near it's closing date, we may not entertain anymore quotations. You must submit enough details to us in order for us to be able to give you the quotations, Quotations are free as long as you’re a serious buyer. Monkey business shall not be entertained. Quotations can be request via email@PM. Since we're an FB Page, we can't PM you unless you start the conversation. So please PM us first, ok :)
3. Once you agree with prices and chosen your items, please read and agree with the T&C provided (if you do not know where's the T&C written, ask us). Should any matter rise in the future and it’s already stated in the T&C, we shall not be responsible for it.

5. Once fom has been submitted, wait for confirmation email after your form has been submitted. Yes please CHECK your emails occasionally because that’s how we communicate with you.
6. Once the confirmation email has been received, transfer your deposit before the dateline. But if you haven't receive any confirmation email within 24 hrs, please inform us. there might be a problem with your submission which is common.
7. Voila! Your order is complete and submitted!
8. What happens next? We’ll do the purchasing in the USA@UK. Either we do it ourselves or our partners will buy them. Some items are purchased direct from warehouses and this is the reason why our price is very reasonable.
9. Once purchasing is done, we’ll pack your goods into heavy duty boxes, load them into contena@cargo, and the ship will sail to Malaysia within 30-45 days. This is why delays are to be expected. We’re dealing with unpredictable weather & sea conditions.
10. Once the ship reaches Malaysia [Port Klang] your items will be inspected by the Port Klang Authority including customs. This might take 3-7 days.
11. Once cleared, we’ll bring your items to our storage and sorting store in Kuala Selangor where items shall be distributed. If you’re a reseller, items shall go direct to you from here. If you’re a customer, we’ll re-ship them after the items reaches our place in Putrajaya.
12. A pick up schedule will also be announce should you wanna pickup the items directly from us which HIGHLY recommended simply because we do not trust courier services that much.
13. Preferred communication method ~ Email for Official Data Submission and PM personal Inbox FB for Sales Query. No WhatsApp, SMS & Phone Calls will be attended unless for general enquiry. Because if we do attend to phone calls, seriously, you won't get thru our line for being too busy and our work can never be done.
