UK Sea Cargo Batch #3 2013 Pre-Order

Pre-Order Period ~ 25 August 2013 to 11th Sept 2013
Estimated Time of Arrival in Malaysia ~ End of November 2013

How does this Pre-Order works
  1. Choose your items via all the active UK Cargo Albums.
  2. Once you agree with prices and chosen your items, please read and agree with the T&C below. Should any matter rise in the future and it’s already stated in the T&C, we shall not be responsible for it.
  3. Done reading? Now fill in the order form in this page: http://us-zshoppe.blogspot.com/p/order-form-usa-products.html If you face any trouble with this order form, you can email the data manually to z.shoppe@emassutera.com.my
  4. Wait for confirmation email after your form has been submitted. Yes please CHECK your emails occasionally because that’s how we communicate with you.
  5. Once the confirmation email has been received, transfer your deposit before the dateline.
  6. Voila! Your order is complete and submitted!
  7. What happens next? We’ll do the purchasing in the UK. Once purchasing is done, we’ll pack your goods into heavy duty boxes, load them into contena@cargo, and the ship will sail to Malaysia within 30-45 days. This is why delays are to be expected. We’re dealing with unpredictable weather & sea conditions.
  8. Once the ship reaches Malaysia [Port Klang] your items will be inspected by the Port Klang Authority including customs. This might take 3-7 days before the goods reaches us in Putrajaya.
  9. To order Preferred communication method ~ Email for Official Data Submission and PM personal Inbox FB for Sales Query. No WhatsApp, SMS & Phone Calls will be attended unless for general enquiry. 
  
Terms & Conditions [MUST READ & AGREE before proceeding]
  1. Order forms should be submitted only once you have cross checked your orders. No changes allowed beyond submission. All sales are final once the form is submitted & deposit is made. Nothing is exchangeable once order has been placed
  2. Deposits/Instalments must be COMPLETED before 12pm 11th Sept 2013. Failure to complete your deposit before this date we will consider to cancel all your orders.
  3. Deposits, booking fees & payment made are non-refundable. We do not tolerate back-out buyers unless it's a matter of life & death. 
  4. Balance of the payment must be made once items docks in Port Klang, we will notify the arrival of goods either via e-mail or FB. By then, u should be ready to pay the balance within 10 days after notice of arrival, no longer. Should you take longer time to pay the balance, administrative charges of RM5 per day will be charged on you and payable BEFORE delivery. 
  5. Should there be no response from you or balance is failed to be paid after 30 days, your items will be LELONG and your deposits will not be returned.
  6. The Estimated Time of Arrival [ETA] to Port Klang is End of November 2013. This is just estimation given by the shipping company. Cargo shipping deal is a little bit unpredictable. Weather & Sea conditions, shipping schedules and route may change from time to time. However we'll keep you updated from time to time. 
  7. Upon arrival, please allow another week for us and our rep to do the sorting. 
  8. Please notify ALL payments to z.shoppe@emassutera.com.my everytime it is made. Should you fail to notify the email with a proper payment proof, we shall not consider the transaction. Transaksi dianggap TIDAK dilakukan.
  9. Should there be any warranty provided, it is based in the UK. Should you need claim your warranty, you must agree to bare all shipping and return costs, to and fro. However certain products have International Warranty, you can bring them to their respective Regional HQ. We bear no responsibility on this. 
  10. Full refund will ONLY be given if items go out of stock upon us ordering. However, you may replace-order other items if timing is suitable. 
  11. NO FULL REFUND for purchased items returned to us for any reasons. By right, as stated earlier, there's no refund & return allowed, but if you still insist on returning, we shall not refund you in full. Courier charges, Kastam/Custom charges & administrative fees will NOT be refund. 
  12. Goods delivered are NOT returnable/refundable/exchangeable. 
  13. ALL ITEMS ARE CROSS CHECKED double times before delivery to Malaysia, another time before delivery to customers. There is no such thing as manufacturing defect once items is delivered from US to the the CUSTOMERS. If there are defects, reps in the USA will return and exchange it BEFORE the items reaches Malaysia. 
  14. It is our responsibility to ensure items are properly packed/wrapped before delivery. 
  15. It is beyond our responsibility if somehow damages happen to the item while in the mail/shipment/courier unless your insuring your items with the courier.
