Check with us if the sale is still on because Fossil never published their ending date.
Choose your items- you can either browse our album or view Fossil USA Official website to view all offered items for the current offerings. www.fossil.com please select COUNTRY: USA.
PM@E-mail us z.shoppe@emassutera.com.my to get the price quotation if the item hasn’t been uploaded just remember, to quote we need: a) The item's Full Name b) The item's SStyle Number whenever possible
Read the Terms & Conditions page and fill in the Order Form only if you agree with the T&C
Wait for confirmation email after your form has been submitted.
Once the confirmation email has been received, transfer your deposit before the dateline.
Voila! Your order is complete!

Once the form is submitted do wait for an email confirmation before transferring deposits. Please make sure the email you key in the form is valid, active and checked.
Order form should ONLY be filled in if you're ordering and confirmed. For quoations please just PM us.
No order shall be submitted to FOSSIL if you fail to pay the deposit + filling in the order form BEFORE the sale period ends [check with us on the date]. Should you face any difficulties filling in the form, please contact our personnel.
All sales are final once deposit is made. Nothing is exchangeable once order has been placed. so make a wise decision before confirming.
Full refund will only be given if the item you ordered has gone out of stock. However, you may replace-order other items if timing is suitable.
Estimated Time of Arrival to Malaysia via Air Shipment is within 3-4 weeks. However we CAN'T guarantee an EXACT date because shipments from Coach to our rep and by USPS and Sea Cargo from USA to Malaysia is beyond our control. If u can't wait or you purchase is urgent, please do not place an order; do buy our Ready Stocks instead. DO EXPECT DELAYS.
Please make careful decisions before you make a purchase. Get to know the items first, especially the typed of material it has. The colors, the usability, the Size. Consider all these before purchasing! We're not responsible for your these once you've made the purchases. Especially on bright-colored Patent Leathers. You've been warned!
Deposits, booking fees & payment made are non-refundable once your order has been confirmed. We do not tolerate backout buyers. Your item will be set on *lelong* if they're un-claimed after 15 days grace period. Deposits will not be returned.
Balance of the payment must be made once items arrives in Malaysia. We will contact you to update the status of shipment. By then, u should be ready to pay the balance within 10 days, no longer. Should you take longer time to pay the balance, administrative charges of RM2 per day will be charged on you and payable before we deliver you item.
ALL ITEMS ARE CROSS CHECKED double times once before delivery to Malaysia, no returns accepted beyond delivery point.
It is our responsibility to properly wrap the packaging before postage/delivery.
Goods delivered are NOT returnable/refundable/exchangeable.
NO FULL REFUND for items purchased returned for ANY REASONS. By right there's no refund & returns allowed, but in unique cases, we shall not refund you in full. Poslaju charges, Kastam/Custom charges & administrative fees will NOT be refund.

These Terms & Conditions is spelled out for everyone's benefit not Z~Khayra alone. For the betterment of both parties; Z~Khayra & Customers, these are spelled out.

Order forms should be filled ONLY IF you're purchasing and has made up your mind. No changes allowed beyond submitting. All sales are final once the form is submitted & deposit is made. Nothing is exchangeable once order has been placed. So make a wise decision and choose the right item BEFORE confirming.

The Estimated Time of Arrival [ETA] is just estimation. Any Shipping deals are unpredictable. Weather & Sea conditions, shipping schedules and route may change from time to time. However we'll keep you updated from time to time. DO EXPECT DELAYS.
