How to order?

2. Read the Terms & Conditions and fill in the Order Form only if you agree with the T&C
3. Wait for confirmation email after your form has been submitted.
4. Once the confirmation email has been received, transfer your deposit before the dateline.
5. Voila! Your order is complete!

This is a PRE-ORDER from USA. Estimated Time of Arrival is in Mid-July. Orders after dateline maybe made but the price may change and the arrival date will be within 5-7 weeks upon ordering date.

Once the form is submitted do wait for an email confirmation before transferring deposits.Please make sure the email you key in the form is valid and checked.
• Order form should ONLY be filled in if you're ordering and confirmed.
• Should you face any difficulties filling in the form, please contact our personnel.
• Order dateline: 10 pm 12 June 2013. Deposits MUST be CLEARED before this hour.
• This is a PRE-ORDER from USA. Estimated Time of Arrival is in Mid-July. However do expect delays may happen. Orders after dateline maybe made but the price may change and the arrival date will be within 5-7 weeks upon ordering date.
• Should there be any warranty provided, it is based in the USA. Should you need claim your warranty, you must agree to bare all shipping and return costs, to and fro. However certain products have International Warranty, you can bring them to their respective Regional HQ here in Malaysia. We bear no responsibility on this.
• All sales are final once deposit is made. Nothing is exchangeable once order has been placed. so make a wise decision before confirming. 
• Please make careful decisions before you make a purchase. Get to know the items first, especially the typed of material it has. The colors, the usability, the Size. Consider all these before purchasing! We're not responsible for your these once you've made the purchases.
• Deposits, booking fees & payment made are non-refundable. We do not tolerate backout buyers. Your item will be set on *lelong* if they're un-claimed after 15 days grace period. Deposits will not be returned.
• Balance of the payment must be made once items arrives in Malaysia. We will contact you to update the status of shipment. By then, u should be ready to pay the balance within 10 days, no longer. Should you take longer time to pay the balance, administrative charges of RM2 per day will be charged on you and payable before we deliver you item.
• ALL ITEMS ARE CROSS CHECKED double times once before delivery to Malaysia, no returns accepted beyond delivery point.
• It is our responsibility to properly wrap the packaging before postage/delivery. 
• Goods delivered are NOT returnable/refundable/exchangeable.
• NO FULL REFUND for items purchased returned for ANY REASONS. By right there's no refund & returns allowed, but in unique cases, we shall not refund you in full. Poslaju charges, Kastam/Custom charges & administrative fees will NOT be refund.
