How to order?

1. Choose your bags - you can either browse our album [not all items are featured] or you can view items at Kate Spade NY’s OFFICIAL website to view all offered items for the current offerings. 2. PM US to get the price quotation if the item hasn’t been uploaded JUST REMEMBER, to quote we need:

.  a) The item's FULL NAME

.  b) The item's STYLE NUMBER #

3. Read the Terms & Conditions page and fill in the Order Form only if you agree with the T&C

4. Wait for confirmation email after your form has been submitted.

5. Once the confirmation email has been received, transfer your deposit before the dateline.

6. Voila! Your order is complete!

Terms & Conditions

1. Please proceed to fill in this FORM to order http://us-zshoppe.blogspot.com/p/order-form-usa-products.html  but please spare a bit of time to read the T&C below. Once the form is submitted do wait for an email confirmation before transferring deposits. Please make sure the email you key in the form is valid and checked.
2. Order form should ONLY be filled in if you're ordering and confirmed. For quoations please just PM or email us.
3. No order shall be submitted to Kate Spade NY if you fail to pay the deposit + filling in the order form BEFORE the sale period ends. Should you face any difficulties filling in the form, please contact our personnel.
4. No orders accepted after 7 p.m. 29 June 2013. Deposits MUST be CLEARED before this hour. Floating deposits are considered as late deposits and we may not be able to place your order.
5. All sales are final once deposit is made. Nothing is exchangeable once order has been placed. so make a wise decision before confirming. 
6. Estimated Time of Arrival to Malaysia via Air Shipment is in Early - Mid Augst 2013. However we CAN'T guarantee an EXACT date because shipments from Kate Spade NY to our rep in USA and by USPS and Sea Cargo from USA to Malaysia is beyond our control. If u can't wait or you purchase is urgent, please do not place an order; do buy our Ready Stocks instead. DO EXPECT DELAYS.
7. Please make careful decisions before you make a purchase. Get to know the items first, especially the typed of material it has. The colors, the usability, the Size. Consider all these before purchasing! We're not responsible for your these once you've made the purchases. Especially on bright-colored Patent Leathers. You've been warned!
8. Deposits, booking fees & payment made are non-refundable. We do not tolerate backout buyers. Your item will be set on *lelong* if they're un-claimed after 15 days grace period. Deposits will not be returned.
9. Balance of the payment must be made once items arrives in Malaysia. We will contact you to update the status of shipment. By then, u should be ready to pay the balance within 10 days, no longer. Should you take longer time to pay the balance, administrative charges of RM2 per day will be charged on you and payable before we deliver you item.
10. ALL ITEMS ARE CROSS CHECKED double times once before delivery to Malaysia, no returns accepted beyond delivery point.
11. It is our responsibility to properly wrap the packaging before postage/delivery. 
12. Goods delivered are NOT returnable/refundable/exchangeable.
13. NO FULL REFUND for items purchased returned for ANY REASONS. By right there's no refund & returns allowed, but in unique cases, we shall not refund you in full. Poslaju charges, Kastam/Custom charges & administrative fees will NOT be refund.
14. Delivery charges: Semenanjung Malaysia INCLUDED | Sabah + Sarawak +RM7 each item | Labuan +RM10 each item
