It's finally back! But they didn't put too many items on sale unfortunately... Here, featured are ONLY ON SALE ITEMS. The items that are NOT on sale COULD ALSO BE ORDERED. Please email us if there anything in particular U want, we'll try to find them for you.

Terms & Condition For Air Shipping Method [Must-read]

 

◕ Please proceed to fill in this FORM to order [via Air Shipment] but please spare a bit of time to read the T&C below. Once the form is submitted do wait for an email confirmation before transferring deposits.

◕ No order shall be submitted to FOSSIL if you fail to pay the deposit + filling in the order form BEFORE the sale period ends. Should you face any difficulties filling in the form, please contact our personnel.
◕ Order Dateline will be announced later.  Deposits MUST be CLEARED before the dateline. Floating deposits are considered as late deposits and we may not be able to place your order.
◕ Please NOTIFY our email z.shoppe@emassutera.com.my everytime payment is made to enable us to track your payment. If you do not do so, we might not be able to track it cus we're getting numerous transactions in a day.
◕ Deposits, booking fees & payment made are non-refundable. We do not tolerate backout buyers UNLESS it's a matter of life & death. Your item will be set on *lelong* if they're un-claimed.

◕ All sales are final once deposit is made. Nothing is exchangeable once order has been placed. so make a wise decision before confirming.
◕ FULL REFUND will be given should your item goes out of stock upon ordering. Please give us a bit of time for refunds due to USA-Malaysia transaction.
◕ ETA to Malaysia is End of December. HOWEVER we CAN'T guarantee an EXACT date because shipments from Fossil to our rep and by USPS from USA to Malaysia is beyond our control. If u can't wait this long, please do not place an order; do buy our Ready Stocks instead.

Once Items Reaches Malaysia, these T&C applies

◕ Balance of the payment must be made before delivery. We will snap pictures once items are already in our hands and tag/email/pm them to you. You can also keep yourself updated by viewing our Shipment & Arrival album. By then, u should be ready to pay the balance within 10 days, no longer. Should you take longer time to pay the balance, administrative charges of RM2 per day will be charged on you and payable BEFORE delivery.

◕ Goods sent are NOT returnable/refundable, so please, we advice your to really make a good decision before ordering. Tersalah tgk warna, dimension etc, kami tak dapat nak return/refund so sorry cus we already advise you BEFORE placing an order to read this T&C.

◕ It is our responsibility to check the items before sending them out for postage or delivery

◕ It is our responsibility to properly wrap the packaging before postage All our items are bubblewrapped before it is being couriered.
◕ It is BEYOND our responsibility if sumhow *something* happen to the item while in the mail/shipment

◕ Delivery rates already stated in the pricelist provided in our FB group. CODs are only allowed in Putajaya-Cyberjaya-Bangi & Technology Park Malaysia area.
◕ For BULK ORDERS which exceeds 3kg, we may use the Kangaroo Courier Service instead of Poslaju with a charge of RM20 per parcel.
