◕Order forms should be filled ONLY IF you're purchasing and has made up your mind. No changes allowed beyond submitting.

◕ Due to unavoidable reasons, for this spree we need your cooperation to remit 85% - 90% deposit, unlike normally 60%.
◕ No order shall be submitted if you fail to pay the deposit BEFORE the sale period ends.
◕ Earlier orders are preferred.
◕ Deposits, booking fees & payment made are non-refundable. We do not tolerate back-out buyers UNLESS it's a matter of life & death.
◕ All sales are final once deposit is made. Nothing is exchangeable once order has been placed. so make a wise decision before CONFIRMING.
◕ FULL REFUND will be given if items goes out of stock upon us ordering.
◕ ETA to Malaysia is within 3-5 weeks, maybe sooner if we're lucky. HOWEVER we CAN'T guarantee an exact date because shipments from Fossil to our rep and by USPS from USA to Malaysia is beyond our control. If u can't wait this long, please do not place an order; do buy our Ready Stocks instead. We understand sometimes u need it as presents etc but yeah, this is a pre-order from USA, not local which can magically reach Malaysia the next day.
◕ Balance of the payment must be made before delivery. We will snap a pic once items are already in our hands. By then, u should be ready to pay the balance
◕ Goods sent are NOT returnable/refundable, so please, we advice your to really make a good decision before ordering. Tersalah tgk warna, dimension etc is not a valid reason to do so.
