◕ No order shall be submitted if you fail to pay the deposit + filling in the order form BEFORE the pre-order period ends. Should you face any difficulties filling in the form, please contact our personnel.

◕ Please notify our email z.shoppe@emassutera.com.my everytime payment is made to enable us to track your payment. If you do not do so, we might not be able to track it cus we're getting many transactions in a day.

◕ No orders accepted after 12am, 22nd November 2012.
◕ Deposits, booking fees & payment made are non-refundable. We do not tolerate backout buyers UNLESS it's a matter of life & death. Your item will be set on *lelong* if they're un-claimed after a 10 days grace period upon arrival of the items.
◕ All sales are final once deposit is made. Nothing is exchangeable once order has been placed. so make a wise decision before confirming.
◕ FULL REFUND will be given if items goes out of stock upon order submission to the US.
◕ The Estimated Time of Arrival is End of December 2012. This is just an ESTIMATION. Shipments are a little bit unpredictable, especially now the weather condition is not too good. However we'll keep you updated from time to time. If u can't wait this long, please do not place an order. 

◕ Balance of the payment must be made once items docks in Port Klang. We will contact you to update the status of shipment. By then, u should be ready to pay the balance within 10 days, no longer. Should you take longer time to pay the balance, administrative charges of RM2 per day will be charged on you and payable BEFORE delivery.

◕  WARRANTY ALERT. Some of the items are covered by an International Warranty, you can bring them to their respective boutiques in Malaysia [for eg, Fossil] to claim your warranty. Otherwise, the warranty is USA-based and we can help you handle any warranty claims in the USA but you will need to bare the cost of shipping to and fro.

◕ Goods sent are NOT returnable/refundable, so please, we advice your to really make a good decision before ordering. Tersalah tgk warna, dimension etc, kami tak dapat nak return/refund so sorry cus we already advise you BEFORE placing an order to read this T&C.

◕ It is our responsibility to check the items before sending them out for postage or delivery.

◕ It is our responsibility to properly wrap the packaging before postage
◕ It is BEYOND our responsibility if sumhow *something* happen to the item while in the mail/shipment

◕ Self Pick Up can be arranged at Putajaya-Cyberjaya-Bangi & Technology Park Malaysia.
◕ For BULK ORDERS, we will use Kangaroo Courier service to deliver the item to you.  
◕ ADDITIONAL COURIER CHARGES APPLIES FOR BULK ORDERS.
