E-Mail Communication Preferred for Official Matters

Dear Customers,

Make sure you check your email from time to time especially after submitting your order form. A confirmation email will be sent to the email you have provided in the order form. Upon arrival of items we shall email you or PM you via FB whichever convenient. Contacting via phone is always our last resort for urgent matters, we prefer E-MAILING because all datas and history of conversation and payment proof etc will be kept in tact since it is a secured server compared to SMS, BBM and WhatsApp, no evidence can be kept in there plus we can't search all the history in the mobile apps stuffs. Spare SMS, WhatsApp and BBM for queries only.

Your cooperation is highly appreciated and we hope that we can serve you better.
