Kangaroo Courier Service if *UNAVAILABLE* at the moment

This is an important announcement to all ALL CUSTOMERS yg OPTED FOR KANGAROO COURIER SERVICE [esp Cargo Batch #3 2012 customers]

We went to 2 Kangaroo branches today and guess what? They are out of quota for their *prepaid* promotional delivery service [wutever the devil that is] and it will only be available beginning NEXT WEEK. So we can only courier your goods using KANGAROO COURIER SERVICE beginning NEXT WEEK [but we're not sure of the day, we'll call and bug them daily if we need to].

We're sorry but this matter is beyond our grip. TO Kangaroo Courier Service, THIS IS VERY FRUSTRATING. Orang dah willing to pay u pulak tak ready.

Cargo batch #3 2012 Pick up

Dear Cargo Batch #3 Customers,

I hope everyone can try to settle picking up or payment by this week sebab I'm afraid keaadan kesihatan saya kurang baik, saya takut kalau saya tidak boleh menguruskan pick up dan delivery dalam keadaan ini. Pick up ni sesuai untuk barangan BULK ORDER, Corelle & Corningware sebab bulky dan berat nak courier mahal.... as explained t the respective customers. Untuk Coach, jangan lupa yg anda telahpun membayar duit Poslaju so if anda dah settle buat payment, kami dah boleh arrange for courier.

Proses Poslaju & Courier Kangaroo akan dimulakan ESOK secara BERPERINGKAT-PERINGKAT untuk mereka yang dah bayar penuh. Saya dan Zairi akan cuba sehabis baik untuk untuk wrap dan courier barangan yg telah dibayar secepat mungkin, hopefully by end of this week semua dah habis di-courier, provided FULL PAYMENT has been made.

Kami berdua sangat appreciate semua custoemrs yg telah memberi kerjasama yang baik dan kesabaran anda sangat sangat dihargai.

We haven't PM@Email u on the Cargo Batch #3 item because the items will only arrive tonight to our place and like we announced a few times earlier,  let us do the sorting first, make sure everything is in tact and alright then we'll PM you.

HOWEVER this is the time schedule for pick up in Putrajaya P16 and Amcorp Mall so that you can make arrangements. For P16 do get the map from us

UK Cargo Pre-Order General Terms & Conditions

• To order fill in this form.
• Order forms should be filled ONLY IF you're purchasing and has made up your mind. No changes allowed beyond submitting. All sales are final once the form is submitted & deposit is made. Nothing is exchangeable once order has been placed. So make a wise decision and choose the right item BEFORE confirming.
• Deposits must be paid before 30th January 2013. However if you're buying goods that are on SALE, Deposit ASAP [at least 6 hours before the SALE ends] so that we can buy while the price is the SALE price.
• The Estimated Time of Arrival [ETA] is Early April 2013. This is just an estimation. Cargo Shipping deals are a little bit unpredictable. Weather & Sea conditions, shipping schedules and route may change from time to time. However we'll keep you updated from time to time. Please do expect delays!
• Deposits, booking fees & payment made are non-refundable. We do not tolerate back-out buyers unless it's a matter of life & death.
• Full refund will only be given if items go out of stock upon us ordering. You may replace-order other items if timing is suitable.
• Goods sent are NOT returnable/refundable/exchangeable.
• Should a warranty be provided, it is based in the UK. Should you wanna claim your warranty, you must agree to bare all shipping and return costs, to and fro. However certain products have International Warranty, you can bring them to their respective Regional HQ.
• Please make careful decisions before you make a purchase. Get to know the items first, especially the typed of material it has. The colors, The usability. The Size. The functionality. Consider all these before purchasing! We're not responsible for your these once you've made the purchases.
• ALL ITEMS ARE CROSS CHECKED double times once before delivery to Malaysia, another time before delivery to customers. There is no such thing as manufacturing defect once items is delivered from UK to the the CUSTOMERS. If there are defects, we will return and exchange it BEFORE the items reaches you.
• It is our responsibility to properly wrap the packaging before postage/delivery.
• NO FULL REFUND for items returned for ANY REASONS. By right there's no refund & returns allowed, but if you still insist on returning, we shall not refund you in full. Poslaju charges, Kastam/Custom charges & administrative fees will NOT be refund.
• Balance of the payment must be made once items docks in Port Klang/Butterworth. We will contact you to update the status of shipment. By then, u should be ready to pay the balance within 10 days, no longer. Should you take longer time to pay the balance, administrative charges of RM2 per day will be charged on you and payable BEFORE delivery. If you're still unable to pay it within 45 days, items will be up for bidding.
• It is our responsibility to check and properly wrap the item befpre delivery.
• It is BEYOND our responsibility if somehow damages happen to the item while in the mail/shipment. Actual pictures will be taken and forwarded to you before the items are delivered.
• It is our responsibility to properly wrap the packaging before postage/delivery.
